    A more karate focused style of kickboxing where all kicks are required to land above the waist. Great fundamentals are achieved through this style of martial arts. Current fighters can look to improve their point fighting/continuous rulesets.

    For the Mixed Martial Arts focused individuals, shoot boxing is an effective way to maximise your striking potential in the octagon. This will be achieved by implementing takedown and takedown defence with striking.

    Our Bootcamp is designed for females to work out as a group, without the pressure or discomfort that is commonly associated with solo gym workouts. A friendly, inclusive atmosphere is obtained to welcome all levels of fitness!
